All prices are excluding VAT. If your company is situated outside of the Netherlands, please note that additional travel costs may be charged for onsite visits. Please also supply your VAT number so that we do not invoice Dutch VAT. Using this software requires agreeing to Zupgo's Terms and Conditions and to Microsoft's License agreement. Optional extras
Read-only user: 49 euros per month
A user that may read all data in the system, but is not allow to add or modify costs 49 euro per month. Handy, for example for the accountant. These users do not count towards the "Packs" described below. There is no limit to the number of read-only users
Migration Packs
We offer services to help migrate data from your current system to NAV. Please supply the data in Excel, csv, text or xml format. Please contact us for other formats.
- Basic Migration Pack: + 29 euros per user
Add 29 euros per full user per month for the migration of your current customers, vendors and items. This includes help in mapping your current data to Dynamics NAV, two trail migrations for testing purposes and the final migration at go-live. - Advanced Migration Pack: + 79 euros per user
Add 79 euros per full user per month for the migration of your current customers, vendors and items, plus upto two years of G/L account, G/L history, sales invoice History, and your current stock Levels.This includes help in mapping your current data to Dynamics NAV, two trail migrations for testing purposes and the final migration at go-live.
Note that if you sign a yearly contract and remain customer for two years, we will stop billing you after the second year. That means that you pay a maximum of 696 euro's per user for the Basic Migration Pack or 1896 euro's per user for the Advanced Migration Pack over a two year period.
Integration Pack
- Standard Integration: included
Use the standard integration possibilities, which includes imports and exports to Excel using RapidStart technology. - Basic Integration Pack: + 79 euros per user
For 79 euros per user per month we create a maximum of 2 inbound interfaces based on xml or csv data sources and either 2 outbound interfaces, producing xml or csv or 2 SOAP/Odata webservices to publish your information. - Advanced Integration Pack: + 159 euros per user
For 159 euros per user per month we create a maximum of 5 inbound interfaces based on xml or csv data sources and either 5 outbound interfaces, producing xml or csv or 5 SOAP/Odata webservices to publish your information.
Additional support or consultancy
Additional support or consultancy, outside your package, is billed for 110 Euros per hour (excluding VAT and travel expenses if applicable). We wil always notify you beforehand and ask your permission before commencing work that will be charged additionally.
